Project Summary
TPS Aquatics engaged SCG to complete the rebuild of the Lameroo & Pinnaroo Swimming Local Pools. The project involved bulk earthworks, supply of quarry material & ready mix concrete. Projects were spread over a 12-month period.
Project Challenges
Due to the project’s extended duration of over 12 months, at times, SCG’s resources were occupied by other projects. SCG hired equipment at no additional cost to keep all projects running smoothly. As SCG did not always have the ability to internally source products the client required, SCG outsourced to reliable suppliers at minimal costs to keep the project within budget. SCG also used external technical teams to provide concrete mix designs to suit project requirements.

- SCG had the right equipment to tackle all bulk earthworks, whether it be small bobcats, excavation or manual labour. SCG facilitated whatever the client required to achieve high quality results.
- SCG sourced materials for the job to meet client requests at all times. If SCG did not have the material internally, they ensured they did whatever they could to get their hands on the material from external sources to keep the project running smoothly.
- SCG provided all ready mix concrete to the project in line with specifications.
